The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Enjoy the great view to the mountains in a quiet area. Our B&B is a starting point for several leisure activities. Enjoy and relax all seasons in the whirlpool e.g. after hiking. You have a private sleeping room and just beside your bathroom. Enjoy direct access to the wintergarden to do some work or eat something. Discover by car within one hour the greater area to see several point of interest Luzern, Rheinfall, Flumserberge, Lake Zurich, Rapperswil. I hope that sounds good for you!

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

The room is located on the first floor of the factory villa we live in, which is only 3 minutes from Wetzikon train station. You share the bathroom/toilet with the guests of the green room. Breakfast is not included, but I am happy to offer a breakfast agreed with you. (Cost per person per day CHF 10.00) The kitchen can only be used for warming up by microwave and a small compartment in the fridge is ready for you The garden is for free use.
