Very nice 26m² studio renovated in June 2020. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the historic Genoese city of Ajaccio and access is via a pedestrian street. It is on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator. The location is perfect for everything by foot and by bus. For people traveling, two parking lots (for a fee) are located less than 200 m away. Close to the main sites, beaches and lively streets of Ajaccio, you can make the most of your stay.

A private outdoor jacuzzi is situated among lush greenery, offering panoramic views of the mountains and a peaceful landscape. Bubbles gently rise from the water's surface, reflecting the golden light of the setting sun.
