Nice air-conditioned studio next to our house, on a plot of more than 4500 m2, quiet guaranteed in the countryside. Located at the north exit of Ajaccio you will be 1 hour 15 minutes from the splendid Gulf of Porto and the Calanques of Piana. Beautiful Lava beach 15 minutes by car, and many others a little further afield, diving, walks and hikes possible around. Bakery and convenience stores within 10 minutes, supermarkets and all shops within 15 minutes. Ajaccio port and airport less than 30 minutes away.
