Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Arbonne-la-Forêt

We (family of five) had a wonderful week in Blandy at July's house. July's parents met us on arrival and although our French is very poor they were very helpful and introduced us to the house. Through the week July was always quick to respond and kind in helping us with any questions. The house is a lovely home, beautifully designed and with lots for all the family to do. Our children particularly enjoyed using the bicycles, playing pool and relaxing in the hammocks and garden. Blandy is a very quiet and pretty village and we had a fantastic meal eating at the restaurant L'entourloupe adjacent to the tower. There is also a great takeaway pizzeria in the village, a small shop, another restaurant and a boulangerie. We found lots to do in the area including a day in Paris using the fast train from Melun (free parking at the municipal swimming pool), a day at Fontainebleu, and a picnic down at the banks of the Seine. We would happily recommend July's home to others.

We were pleasantly hosted by Anna. The accommodation was clean, functional and accessible in a peaceful area. We were pleased with our stay.

Very cozy and special cabin with all you need! I felt right at home, and it goes without saying that it is nicely located for climbing. Unfortunately I had to leave early for personal reasons, hope to be back soon!

Excellent stay in Barbizon with our hosts Benoît and Imane. The little house is surrounded by nature, bathed in light, the garden is peaceful, our two children loved playing there. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops and hikes in the forest. Our hosts were very friendly and friendly, we really enjoyed the village of Barbizon, to be done again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The outdoor space with the garden was great for relaxing, and the kids enjoyed themselves in the games room. The barbecue was a real plus for our family evenings. The house is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly suited for a family stay. The host was very welcoming and took care to provide us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We highly recommend this place for a holiday with peace of mind!

We had such a wonderful time here. There was five adults and two kids, still plenty of space. Nathalie was a wonderful and helpful person who made our stay even more enjoyable. They treated us to some delicious food on arrival, I could live off artisan meat and cheese. Will definitely be coming back!!

We came for an EVG, and we were impressed by this place. We take your eyes full of it as soon as we walk through the door. Many activities to do: arcade kiosk, console, climbing wall, darts, hot tub, tastefully made decorations, beautiful mural in the living room... Everything was perfect and very clean, you could have stayed there for a month without ever putting your nose outside. The most beautiful Airbnb I've ever done. I recommend it and will most likely return. Congratulations to the owner for the titanic work done here.

We booked one night, as a stopover for a long journey. The flexible check-in time and private check-in were very pleasant. Everything was as in the pictures and it looked neat and sparkling clean. It was also very nice that you can park in front of the door, behind the fence. For us, it didn't matter much, but the ceilings are on the low side, so should you be 1.90+m from time to time. But for such a nice place with all the comforts and good value for money, that is negligible. 😉

I spent 5 days in Edna's apartment with my daughter. When we arrived Edna kindly welcomed us to provide us with all the explanations. I was able to telework without any problems. The apartment is very functional and nicely decorated. Everything is done to make you feel good.

The apartment is very pleasant, functional and quiet. The instructions were very clear, we had no problems accessing it. The parking space in the basement is really a plus! And we moved easily by public transport with the train station which is a 5-10 min walk away. Responsive and very friendly host. We had a great stay thank you again!

Thank you so much for letting you stay in your lovely little apartment right in the center of Fontainebleau! We liked it a lot, it felt very cozy and homey :) We are looking forward to coming back to Fontainebleau!

we were welcomed very well, the place is very quiet and surrounded by nature, a beautiful garden, beautiful trees, a staircase difficult to climb for our little dog but little by little it was better

Jean Paul's apartment was a great find! It was very easy to find, park the car, and get inside. Jean Paul came to greet us shortly after we arrived, and he was very helpful! The apartment is spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for the whole family. We wish we'd had a longer stay here. We will visit again next time we're in the Paris area!

Professional stay. The cottage was clean. The environment is quiet. Audrey is easily accessible.

Lovely bright and airy flat in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the market place - great location! Two large bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed. Comfortable lounge / diner with enough comfortable seating for our party of 4. Small kitchen but adequate for cooking and had plenty of pans, utensils etc. Up two flights of stairs so not suitable for those with mobility issues. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back one day!

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Back again. As in the photos, it is always available, everything is nearby, nothing to say, I would recommend it. 🔥🔥🔥

One more stay in Ornella's apartment which is still as clean, as functional. Very easy to access and very clear instructions. Would I go back again
