We have completely renovated this lovely typical Arcachon house. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs of its tree-lined terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that we reach in just a 3-minute walk. You can also walk to the market and the heart of the city. The house (90 m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and an independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV corner. Two bedrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is reached either by an internal staircase or by an external staircase. On the ground floor each of the rooms opens onto the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your arrival either someone will welcome you, or you can pick up the keys in the key safe. I will let you know the terms before you arrive. I stay in constant contact with my guests before and during their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and close to the beach, easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.

After a peaceful breakfast on the terrace watching the boats pass by, you can take a swim at the beach with direct access. The living room with kitchen bar which overlooks the sea, the workshop bedroom contribute to the charm of the apartment. A small cabin can accommodate one or two children. Everything is on foot or by bike thanks to the cycle path at the foot of the building. Thalassotherapy is just a stone's throw away. In the evening at aperitif time, the breathtaking sunsets will amaze you

Shops are nearby and local markets are not lacking. The outbuilding has its garden, trees all in a quiet and peaceful area. It's a fisherman's hut, all wooden, reflecting the authenticity and spirit of the bay. The comfort is modern and perfect for spending pleasant moments.
