The ground floor is always unoccupied and will remain so throughout the year. The entire property — garden and pool included — will be yours to enjoy. We welcome you to a renovated 25 m2 studio, fully equipped on the ground floor in a secure residence with swimming pool and private parking space. The beach is a 5-minute walk away and the harbour is opposite the property. It is located in the small Aiguillon neighbourhood, where you will find all the shops. We provide towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a drying rack. The coffee machine is a Nespresso, for lovers of good coffee.
