Monthly Rentals in Arco da Calheta

We stayed at this accommodation for 7 days and felt totally comfortable. Renata gave us a friendly welcome and showed us everything. However, a self-check-in would also be possible. The apartment is exactly as seen on the pictures and has a good location because from there you can easily drive to all the sightseeing spots on the island. However, you definitely need a car as it is very high up on the mountain. A supermarket is about 10 min by car. Renata and Filip have inquired several times whether everything is okay with us or if we need anything else. We enjoyed it very much and we would come back anytime.

A very personal place to arrive and feel good. The place exudes peace and warmth – perfect for taking a little break or exploring the surroundings in peace. The garden is beautiful, with a fantastic view of the sea – a place where you can just breathe deeply. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, you immediately felt welcome and in good hands. I'd love to come back!

Fatima was a great host and always responsive. She gave us lots of eggs , bananas etc which was appreciated. Villa was very clean and spacious. We also had access to her garden for things like fresh chillis , onions etc which was great.

So... Simply... Fantastic!!!!!! We had a great time at Sandra and Sergio's place (early April). The space is IMPECCABLE. Everything is great. There is nothing missing. It is very well appointed, equipped, spacious, well decorated... Not to mention the view which is amazing! We will return to Madeira and without hesitation, at Sandra and Sergio's! Everything is there: the accommodation (no criticism), the location, the services, the advice, the very friendly exchanges with Sergio who is great! From the moment of booking, he was very responsive and "accompanied" us in the preparation of our stay. He even helped us find a rental vehicle! We will not forget this very successful first experience in Madeira and Sergio is no stranger there! We recommend this host who deserves the title of "Superhost"!
