Mr. Adérito and his wife are very friendly and helpful! The place is wonderful and surrounded by an immense calm! The streets are something tight to get there, so for large cars you need to be careful. Mr. Adérito sent exact instructions and very easy to follow to find the house. The neighborhood is spectacular and is excellent for disconnecting a few days (there is internet and mobile network, but the urge is not to use).

This place is so cool, the mountain village and the cabin itself. Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, we immediately felt at home and wished we were staying more than two nights. The kitchen is well-equipped, the rooms cozy, beds comfy, the fireplace lovely, and the surroundings charming. Everything you need and the hosts are lovely. When we arrived, they'd left a cake for us, which was a nice surprise! Helpful communication and instructions from the beginning, including some great recommendations for things to do and eat in the area. Just walking around the village and its surroundings (which feels like something out of a storybook) was something we could've done for hours. Even with the rain, it was a perfect place. Already want to come back in the summer and see what it looks like when the gardens and vine leaves are in full bloom.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Arcos de Valdevez with my three dogs. The house is spacious, clean, and incredibly peaceful, with a cozy wood burner that made it even more inviting. Diogo, Andreia, and little Carminho were an absolute delight—so warm and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet, with friendly neighbors passing by. I even had a few visits from the local dogs, though they were a bit shy and ran off when I tried to say hello! All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning in May. See you then!

This place is a calm and familiar spot that is one with nature. Beautiful site and surroundings, perfect for relaxing in the mountains. Lots to see and do around the area. It is not only a campground but also has farm animals and organic produce that the owner kindly shares with her guests. Monica is a fantastic host and made me feel at home the minute she started talking after receiving us in her place. She anticipated our needs and was always very thoughtful and friendly. Monica is very knowledgeable of her crops and animals and it’s a joy to hear her talk about it - I learned a lot! Definitely will repeat the experience, lovely place with even more lovely people.

Quinta da Toural is an absolutely wonderful farm for a group of friends or a large family. It consists of a large house, the main house with 4 suites, equipped with air-conditioning, TV, electric shutters and huge bathrooms! Then there are 3 more T1 houses, 1 bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom And another T0 house. All bedrooms and bathrooms are of the same size and scale, meaning they are equivalent in terms of quality! The farm has a lot of very sweet animals! 2 ponies, goats, 1 pig and an Emu (cousin of Ostrich). The photos of the listing do not do justice to the wonderful landscape, the swimming pool with a panoramic view and the beautifully landscaped gardens. We really loved it and want to come back next year! We were a group of 15 adults and it's all so spacious we didn't even feel like there were so many of us! The host is very thoughtful and communicative! You're always available to help!
