Nice two room flat in an individual house basement opened on the garden. In a dead-end street really quiet. You have an independant entrance, the bedroom with a place to work, table and chair, wardrobe with coat-hangers, a big miror, the kitchen with a dining area and all you need to cook, the bathroom with toilets and a big shower. 5min from RER B Laplace or Gentilly stations. RER B brings you straight to Notre-Dame (15min) or center of Paris (20min), to airports CDG (50min) or Orly (25min)

As you enter the apartment you'll have the kitchen on the right, the bathroom opposite, then a living room with TV and Wi-Fi, as well as some books (adults and children) available. The bedroom is at the end of the apartment, with a 140 X 190 cm bed, and a baby cot if needed. Sheets and towels are provided. The apartment overlooks a small courtyard facing the garages (no car traffic). Low noise.
