Es una casa de una sola planta. Que dan a dos dormitorios y un cuarto de baño,(60 m2). Teniendo delante de la misma un gran porche,(15 m2), y frutales. Con unas vistas muy bonitas de la sierra de Alcaparaín y del pueblo de Ardales. Con una chimenea tipo casset para calentar la estancia. Dispone de piscina junto al porche. Todo el recinto está cercado por una alambrada en total 1000 m2, para uso y disfrute exclusivo de los clientes que la alquilan. La casa dista del pueblo a 1.400 m.

The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.
