Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years old (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm large with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you're outdoors even when you're sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Right behind the house there are several prepared cross-country tracks, scooter tracks, hiking trails and proximity to nice fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

The children's area with pumptrack and skillsarena is also right nearby. and bus stop for bus to the city center also right next door. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over open fire at the cabin's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for car and snowmobile is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvåns mountain station.
