Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Ottsjö, Årefjällen - with magnificent views!

Cheerful, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain world! The cottage has a large living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace in a sunny south facing position. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna available. Crib available. Hiking and skiing trails are directly reached nearby. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sled, brewery etc.

Cozy little apartment in the basement of a semi-detached house

Centrally located small cozy accommodation. Minimum age to rent, 22 years old. About 5 minutes walk to Åre village. The apartment is in the basement of a sutteräng built house. The ceiling height is only 204 cm so may be good to keep in mind! A little kitchen with fridge and freezer bin. No fan. Microwave and sandwich iron are available as well as water boilers. One bed, 105 cm and a simpler sofa bed. Mini kitchen table with a stool and a chair. Waterborne underfloor heating in the hall and room so avoid putting stuff on the floor!

Åre Gevsjön cottage with sauna near Åre and Storulvån

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

St Olavsleden passes outside the cabin. The cottage is located on the villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre which is 12km away. The cottage is 400 m from Undersåkers train station (where there is an electric car charger) and 150 m from the bus stop.

Super nice 2nd floor apartment of about 40 sqm with a great location in Åre village. Nice patio overlooking Lake Åresjön. Only a 10-minute walk to the station and Åre square, 3 minutes to the ski bus, grocery store and liquor store. The apartment has 4 comfortable beds (1 double bed of continental model 160 cm + 1 sofa bed of very high quality 160 cm). The rent includes access to a heated storage room for storing skis and boots. A comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a nice and relaxing vacation!

Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Ski bus, Train station etc. In summer, it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre mountain railway that takes you up to the ski system. Otherwise, 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop.
