Welcome to this cosy semi-detached corner in the central best location in Duved. 2 minutes to everything! The nearest neighbor is Byliften. Best Ski-In & Ski-Out mode! In the hallway there are good hanging for outerwear and drying cabinets. Bedroom with comfortable double bed of 180 cm. Shared sauna with entrance from the hall. On the sofa bed you can watch TV or just cuddle in front of lighted candles with a cup of coffee and a freshly baked bun from the shop. Outside the house, there is a barbecue area with benches and table. WiFi and parking is included.

Charming apartment at VM8, best location!

Cozy apartment of 30sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens at the earliest in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season there is rolling distance to the lift cage and really good pump-track! Different layout with, among other things, a double(triple)bed of 270cm. Fully equipped kitchen for those of who enjoy to cook. Before you start the day, you can usefully slide down to the bakery Bake 200m away and buy yourself something freshly baked. No tenants under the age of 23.

Cabin with mountains and lake view

This cozy cabin for 8 people is located in the beautiful village of Ottsjö in Åre. The chalet is only about 150 meters from the lake and has a wonderful view of the mountains and lake. There is a large deck where there is sun all day. In Ottsjö you can fish, hike, hike, ride, etc., during summer time. In wintertime, there's great skiing, shoe safaris, sled dogs. The nearest ski resort is Trillevallen about 10 min. Scandinavia's largest ski resort, Åre is about 25 minutes. In Ottsjö, there is also an ICA near store. Bedlinen can be rented.

Brilliant view - ski in / ski out Åre/Tegefjäll

Ski in / ski out in Tegefjäll, Åre NYSKICK in child-friendly Smultronet. 150 meters to the hill. Snow play and hill for small and large children directly outside the house. Fireplace. Large bathroom with shower/WC, sauna, washing machine. Drying cabinet. Motor heater. Parking. Ski storage. Tegefjäll's lift system is connected to Duveds; if you take the ski bus to (the same lift pass). Prep cross country for classic and skate in, among other things. Duved, 3 km away. Nice hiking opportunities. Close to shoe safaris, fishing, etc.

Lovely home at Totthyllan in Åre 67 sqm

Pantry with fireplace and view over Åresjön. All beds, even the bunk beds are of high quality. Bathroom with sauna. Ski dryer for 5 pairs of ski boots and drying cabinets. Washing machine and Tumble drier . Lockable ski storage adjacent to the entrance. TV in all bedrooms as well as living room. Sound system from Bose. Two parking spaces in front of the house with electric car charger and double engine heater sockets. Code lock from Yale Doorman, i.e. no keys to keep track of. Unfortunately, the sheets and towels are not.

Mountain lodge renovated Nov ‘18 situated in a private forest far from neighbours with a spectacular view overlooking the lake Ottsjön and the montains. You can hike or ski out the front door to a vast trail system, go for a dog slade tour, go fishing in Ottsjön or do icelandic horseback riding. Big terrace with bbq built 2020. Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre square and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. Perfect apartment for the ski family, who wants to be right on the ski slope but also want to be close to everything else that Åre offers. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the slope and the VM arena, and has a view up the ski slope. Into the square and train station, it is about 400 meters!
