Welcoming, a great floor plan. Walking distance to the ski transportation in the winter and with rolling distance with bike to the Åre Bike Park XC summer time. One master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is a sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with nice views towards Åreskutan. During winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport trail to the ski system. Parking included. Electric car charger available

Brand new apartment with a cottage feel

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (open during the ski season). Newly built log cabin with a nice view over Ottfjället and Anarisfjällen for rent. The cottage is 65 sqm and has a loft of 25 sqm. Whole tiled bathroom with sauna. Two bedrooms with 160cm bed in each room. Two 90cm wide beds at the loft as well as room for several mattresses. Living room with fireplace, large kitchen, dining table seating 8 persons. TV with Chromecast. Fiber with WiFi. Prepared cross-country trail just outside the grounds.

Great apartment in central Åre.

Very nice three bedroom apartment in central Åre with free parking and a sauna. Only five minutes walk to both train station, grocery store, square and ski system. The apartment has combined kitchen and living room with dinner table and couch group in front of the TV. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna and separate storage room for skis, sporting goods, clothes, etc. Parking with space for a car. Patio area with view over Åresjönjön.

Modern newly built townhouse in Åre/Duved. Throughout fine material choices, close to piste, river, nature, restaurants and shop. The house is perfect for 2 families or groups of 1-9 people. 4 sleepingrooms 2 bathrooms with shower and WC. Sauna and 2 x fireplace Well-equipped kitchen, with a spacious dining area, * 23 year limit. (Younger guests allowed with guardian) * Maximum 10 guests (there are 8-9 beds). * No parties allowed.
