Newly-built cottage by the foot of the mountain with Ski-In

Maxa ski holiday in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. This is where you avoid the crowds inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes where you come up by the children's hill + the lift to Tegefjäll's ski area. When you go home from the hill, ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus stop for a ski bus 1 minute away. After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and have a refreshing swim (if you dare!) in the mountain stream just outside.

Welcoming apartment with good layout. Walking distance to the ski transport in winter and by rolling distance by bike to Åre Bike Park XC in summer. A master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with a nice view of Åreskutan. During the winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport route to the ski system. Parking with engine heater post included.

Nice apartment in central Åre village for 6 people

Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with a view and balcony towards Åresjön. 250 m to lift, 150 m to train and 300 m to the center with restaurants and shops. Here you live perfectly in Åre all seasons whether you are going skiing, biking or hiking and enjoying the nature around Åre. Nice hiking opportunities in Åre's proximity. The variety of amusements is endless with several good restaurants, shopping and adventure swimming and SPA for kids and adults.

Cozy apartment right in the city center & close to everything!

Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with a lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre Torg and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. Christmas week we rent out ons-ons.

Very nice apartment in central Åre with three bedrooms, free parking and sauna. Only five minutes walk to the train station, grocery store, the square and the ski system. The apartment has combined kitchen and living room with dinner table and sofa group in front of the TV. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna as well as separate storage for skis, sports goods, clothes etc. Parking with space for one car. Patio overlooking Åresjön.

Welcome to our newly built (2021) apartment located right by the mountain edge at one of Åre's most popular lifts, Sadelexpressen. Here you have ski in/ski out directly outside the door. In the evening you can light a cozy fire in our fireplace or heat yourself in the sauna. From the balcony you have view over Renfjället. Private parking and Wifi included. Central top floor, proximity to EVERYTHING

The apartment is centrally located in Åre with magnificent views of Åre village and Åresjön. It is close to everything, 100 meters to the cable car, the toilet lift and the VM6. Åre square is only a stone's throw down to the right. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Spacious lockable ski storage. Possibility to rent parking is just outside. Welcome!
