Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with a view and balcony overlooking Åresjön. 250 m to the lift, 150 m to the train and 300 m to the town centre with restaurants and shops. 1 parking space belongs to the apartment at no cost. Here you can live perfectly in Åre all year round, regardless of whether you want to ski, cycle or hike and enjoy the nature around Åre. Great hiking opportunities in the vicinity of Åre. The range of entertainment is endless with several great restaurants, shopping and adventure pools and SPA for children and adults.

The apartment has a high standard, is on the ground floor and has a large terrace overlooking the forest down to Lake Åresjön. With a fantastic location in Åre Sadeln with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you also have walking distance to the cross-country trails and Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rentals. Walking distance to Åre Riding Club/Riding Hall where there is the possibility of horseback riding in a fantastic environment.

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high up with a magnificent view from the terrace over Åreskutan. It is ski-in ski-out and a nice and cozy newly-built apartment (completed in 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll's and Duved's lift systems (they are connected) are just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks, tents and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. The snow racer and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Welcome to this newly built (2021) maisonette located at the top of the house overlooking the slopes and mountains. It is located just above the new Restaurant Sadeln and next to Åre Sadeln's seat lift Sadelexpressen. To reach Åre by ski area, you can take the Sadelexpressen up and then go over. Ski in/ski out right outside the door. From the balcony you have a view over Renfjället and the ski slope. There is a fireplace and sauna in the apartment. Private parking and Wi-Fi are included.
