Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with a view and balcony overlooking Åresjön. 250 m to the lift, 150 m to the train and 300 m to the town centre with restaurants and shops. 1 parking space belongs to the apartment at no cost. Here you can live perfectly in Åre all year round, regardless of whether you want to ski, cycle or hike and enjoy the nature around Åre. Great hiking opportunities in the vicinity of Åre. The range of entertainment is endless with several great restaurants, shopping and adventure pools and SPA for children and adults.

Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can get directly out onto the mountain expanses.

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high up with a magnificent view from the terrace over Åreskutan. It is ski-in ski-out and a nice and cozy newly-built apartment (completed in 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll's and Duved's lift systems (they are connected) are just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks, tents and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. The snow racer and the sleds are free to borrow:)

It is located just above the new Restaurant Sadeln and next to Åre Sadeln's seat lift Sadelexpressen. To reach Åre by ski area, you can take the Sadelexpressen up and then go over. Ski in/ski out right outside the door. From the balcony you have a view over Renfjället and the ski slope. There is a fireplace and sauna in the apartment. Private parking and Wi-Fi are included.
