A cosy apartment in central Åre

Cozy, fresh and modern accommodation located in the center of Åre village. OBS! Age limit min 28 years or in the company of parents. Large apartment of 72 square meters, two bedrooms and open floor plan between kitchen/living room. Balcony, sauna, washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet are available in apt. Ski storage with shower, toilet and storage on change days. Sheets and towels are brought by the tenant. Wi-Fi (fiber). Parking space available for rent (max 1 car). Cleaning can be purchased for (about SEK 1,500) otherwise there is cleaning equipment in the apartment.

Apartment 70 sqm, in Stor Lodge, Åre Sadeln.

Relax in this peaceful oasis. You will find our newly built lodge (apartment), in attractive Sadeln. The apartment has a high standard is located on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking the forest down to Åresjön. With a fantastic location in Åre Saddle with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you are also within walking distance of the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus where it is possible to ride in a fantastic environment.

Welcoming, a great floor plan. Walking distance to the ski transportation in the winter and with rolling distance with bike to the Åre Bike Park XC summer time. One master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is a sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with nice views towards Åreskutan. During winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport trail to the ski system. Parking included. Electric car charger available

Home on a farm in the mountains

High and undisturbed location with forest and nature in the corner. The apartment is housed in our farm from the 19th century and has its own entrance and patio. Cross country trails, barbecue area and long forest walks are located outside the corner and mountain hiking and downhill skiing 25 min away by car. To and from both Åre and Östersund you can get by train, car or bus. In Mörsil you will find grocery store, gas station, the fantastic organic restaurant/cafe Kretsloppshuset, the old Sundings cafe and summer cafe on the hometown farm.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

Fantastic Igh overlooking Åreskutan and a stone's throw from Björnen's long track. Ski-in/ski-out to the wolf slope. Approximately 50-100m walk to hermelinenbacken. Perfect for a large family or two small or why not the group of friends who want to practice cross-country skiing for the Vasaloppet. Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre square and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. Very nice three bedroom apartment in central Åre with free parking and a sauna. Only five minutes walk to both train station, grocery store, square and ski system. The apartment has combined kitchen and living room with dinner table and couch group in front of the TV. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna and separate storage room for skis, sporting goods, clothes, etc. Parking with space for a car. Patio area with view over Åresjönjön.
