Traditional stone cottage with pool in Villanueva de la Vera. 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Lovely stone cottage set in a private finca of our Pure Spanish Horse stud of 16 hectares, with stunning views of the Gredos mountains. A comfortable open plan sitting/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A pretty rose and herb garden with an salt water alberca for swimming, shady sitting areas looking out to the valley below. Horseriding can be arranged locally.

In winter, sit by the fire as you look out the window at the views and in summer, relax in a hammock on the balcony while you eat and read amongst the silence and greenery or sit by the pool (opens June 1st!)

Come and enjoy one of the most wonderful places in Candeleda: La Vetonia. The estate has 2 houses, one where you will stay and the other, where my husband and I live with our pets (3 dogs, two of them mastiffs). Your house has 2 small bedrooms; one, with a double bed (1.35cm) and another with 2 single beds, a living room and a kitchenette. But the most wonderful thing is the environment. We are located at the foot of the Almanzor, south of Gredos.

The cabin has a room equipped with two comfortable single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room ideal for relaxing. The kitchen, although compact, is fully stocked for preparing delicious homemade meals. It has a small terrace perfect for sunbathing or outdoor dining. The excellent Wi-Fi connection ensures that you can stay connected while enjoying the natural environment. The public pool is open July and August.
