Holiday rentals with a pool in Arenas de San Pedro

There is a lot to be said about this beautiful house but if I would have to say one thing, I would say that you are very lucky to have found it and do not miss the opportunity. The house is 5 minutes' walk to the Cathedral. It has a lot of character in its details. More than a house, it's like a mansion. On the ground floor, the private garage, you can park the car safely. The first floor is a giant room, right away the children (and my husband) get excited when watching the billiards! It's amazing! The decor counts a lot of Antonio's travel adventures - even some Chinese paintings and a boat mock-up. On the same floor is also the kitchen and terrace with BBQ, table and hammock. On the second floor there are two rooms. The wedding one is giant with a luxury dressing room, so big that I get lost. There is even a high chair. Kids love the hot tub and I love the elliptical bike. What pure luxury. Thank you very much Antonio!!

Jorge and Monica's house is just as you see it in the photos. It is a very beautiful space outside with an incredible garden and with a suitable pool (which we obviously do not use for the dates), but very well located. The interior of the house is very cozy and has everything you need for your stay, cooking utensils, children's toys in your room (my 2 and a half child enjoyed a lot with this), bed and bath linen, cot, children's bed barrier, etc. All in all, a very nice place and we will definitely go back to if we have the opportunity.

Amazing host and apartment. Would definitely recommend. It has everything you’d need and is very close to the train station. Communication with the host was great as well! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Madrid

It has been a stay of total disconnection, a lot of tranquility, everything is perfect. The house is as seen and described in the listing, it does not lack anything, the beds are very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, we have enjoyed the barbecue and the good weather. Jesús Manuel is a very nice person who is very nice at all times has shown interest because the stay was 10, he recommended places to visit, routes leaving the house very nice to do as a family at all times available. A stay of 10 of course we will repeat 100% recommended.

Great place to stay. Much better than expected indeed. 15’ drive from Madrid cause we only used car. The neighborhood was very clean, peaceful and families’ friendly. The apartment very spacious and comfy. And Juan was very helpful and proactive. Great experience overall.

The very clean place is very nice. It's very functional, nothing missing. The house is very well located, access is very easy to Puy du Fou and Toledo. The host is very responsive and available.

Both myself and my friends have gone out enchanted from Casa Balta 😍 Lugar spectacular in the middle of nature to be able to disconnect. Also, being a birthday celebration they left us a lot of details in the house, which is not everywhere. Lovely and very attentive Elena😚 I will definitely return!

It is even nicer than the pictures. The outdoor area is beautiful, although we could not enjoy it because it made us very bad weather. It would just be missing to describe in the listing that one of the bedrooms is downstairs with fairly steep stair access and narrow steps. Decorated with exquisite taste and all amenities. Super responsive to everything we might need. With the supermarket a stone's throw away, churrería and a little more towards downtown, all kinds of restaurants. Extremely clean everything, including the pool that we couldn't enjoy but still raining and windy was perfect. Thank you very much for everything. We will try to come back.

Jose M° was a perfect host An adult was in a wheelchair and had the detail to ask me before the measures of the chair so as not to have surprises The house is very comfortable, very complete kitchenware, cleaning products and bathrooms with hygiene products. There were also many welcome details which is appreciated. Living room with very comfortable sofas, several fabrics ,a covered porche area that overlooks the garden that we really enjoyed, with darts machine. Air heating,very comfortable to put according to our need. Super equipped BBQ with coal and wood if we wanted. We couldn't use the pool for the time but it was ready for use, it was also very big. The super comfortable garden, we enjoyed our grandson looking for the Easter eggs in the recesses. Summarizing a very comfortable house to enjoy as a family if you are looking for comfort and tranquility It's just that even the twelfth were super friendly We felt right at home Thank you Jose M° for your generosity
