Holiday rentals with beach access in Arenzano

Great weekend solution in Liguria, located near Finale Ligure beach, in a convenient location. Apartment with balcony, with the pleasure of waking up in the morning, looking out and looking at the sea! In the small square in front of it, parking is paid, but free in winter, until 03/31.

We had a very good time with Isabella. The house is really well designed, nothing is missing. The proximity to the sea is incredible. Very well connected to the center!

Wonderful vacation, two terraces with an exceptional view... "Parthenope" movie model. It was really a shame to have to leave... Nadia is very kind and very helpful, everything was perfect... a beautiful bike path, which takes you to the center in 5 minutes... what can I say... A top apartment... for a wonderful Sanremo... Even more beautiful apartment than the photos and description, the only thing is the noise due to the collection of the trash can in front of the street but bearable. Very important parking spot. Everything is very clean and tidy. Accurate and available owners. We'll definitely be back soon because it's really a gem near the sea and downtown.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Giorgio is incredibly nice and helpful! We had to cancel the apartment we had actually reserved in Camogli after we arrived at the place and sat down to find a new apartment at 8pm in the evening. At 9pm we had agreed with Giorgio and at 11pm he met us and helped us check in. He assisted finding parking for our car, and was generally absolutely delightful in every way. The apartment is nice, with a sea view from one bedroom, and what you need for dishes, cutlery and pots to be able to cook there. The bathroom is small but with powerful water pressure in the shower and hot and delicious water. The bedrooms are large and airy, with several windows in each room (needed, as the apartment is on the top floor, and it can get a little warm). The beds are a bit hard. In the living room there is a sofa and dining table and everything is perfectly fine. The apartment is perfectly located, with walking distance to everything. The city's best restaurant is located in the building next door, and there is a short way to everything. We can safely recommend staying here!

The house was clean and perfectly in line with what was described, perhaps even better than expected. The apartment is on one of the main pedestrian streets, but the windows are perfectly airtight so that there is no noise from the people below. We'll definitely consider it if we go back to Finale.

The apartment is really nice ,direct view of water . Very close to the beach. We just used the private beaches the first of the apartment San Sebastian, which was not crowded. The Tarase in the apartment is missing chairs which I like a little, during the day there is also very hot despite sun protection. We bought 2 beds for 40 euros in Italian supermarket,and used the beautiful Tarase in the evening. Parking situation is a problem there not at the house. Parking is distributed daily. A tip continue down the street and turn right first street you come to a parking lot in the morning you will find what will be difficult from 9:30 am, not park in yellow places. There were great events in the city during the week, 2 concerts that were really good . Small stores within walking distance. Daily small carnival with carousel and playground for families with younger children is very good. The prices in restaurant were ok. Bring bed linen towels.

This is one of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed in. So special. And Alessio was extremely helpful and attentive to our questions and came with suggestions and was quick with responses. We will definitely be back.

This home is a wonderful blend of old and new, and the view is even better in real life! It was exactly what we needed - and more - for our family vacation. The multiple floors gave our group lots of privacy and respite. Corniglia as a town felt the most authentic and we enjoyed getting to know the locals. We will be back!

Manuela was wonderful, meeting us at the train station for the easy walk to the apartment. The place itself was well appointed and convenient to the town, we couldn't have asked for more.

We had a great week on the Ligurian coast! Sergio's apartment in Bergeggi was a great fit for us as a family of five, the terrace and the sea view are beautiful. Many beautiful beaches can be reached by car in a short time. We would definitely come back! Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay at this place. It is less than 10 minutes from Levanto in a very picturesque village. It gives access to the Parc des Cinque Terre in a very easy way (Levanto train station or via the nearby Col). The accommodation was spacious, clean and well-equipped.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Matteo is a wonderful and caring person. It helped us a lot . His house is very cozy and clean. He cares about every detail . There were basic items like salt , coffee , olive oil , sugar and the kitchen utensils were complete . Clean, fragrant bedding .Have good restaurants in the village that was also close to the beach . We would go back a thousand times . Speaking of Matteo , I have no words to describe him . Thanks for everything .

We spent two days in the Cinque Terres in Lidia's apartment. the apartment was very clean, Lidia's directions with the videos were very clear. the location of the apartment is a real plus between the beach and the train station. thank you for the welcome! Audrey and Tony

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Well decorated apartment, close to the sea and close to the center of Diano Marina. Well equipped. Clear explanations and easy communication. I recommend.

If you want to stay right in the heart of Sanremo, picking your breakfast from the bakery on the corner, with restaurants and shops, culture all around you, beaches and markets within 10 minute walk, and at the same time live like film stars, this is the place❤️ Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. Matilde’s apartment was beautifully renovated - definitely the most updated place I’ve stayed in Italy! It was incredibly close to so many restaurants and less than 5 minutes walking to the ocean. It still felt private and tucked away though, so nights were quiet. I was worried about getting there with luggage since it was top floor, but it was super simple to find and didn’t take long at all! Though we had a short trip in Monterosso, this place made us wish we could stay longer. Next time, I hope to stay at Matilde’s apartment again! Grazie mille!

We were looking for a place to rest during our work stay in preparing a stand at Euroflora 2025. Just perfect. Lorenzo was very helpful in everything. We couldn't ask for a better response to our needs. I didn't have my beloved four-legged friend with me, but I really appreciated the availability to receive the animals and also a whole series of small attentions prepared for them: bowls, mats, and everything you need to make them feel at home. 5-star rating and a heart!

We had a great time in Edoardo's appartment. In a few minutes you're at the sea or at the train station. Perfect for exploring! The area around the building is quiet and has restaurants, stores and bars in walking distance. We can highly recommend it!

The apartment has a large terrace with full sea views, beautiful. It is freshly renovated, the bathroom and kitchen are modern and perfectly clean. It is in a closed compound with safety, it is very quiet and it gives access to the promenade on the sea. To get to the village of Cogoleto, it takes 30 minutes to walk, so it takes a little while to go for a quick run or go to the restaurant. The coast is very beautiful, the walk to Cogoleto and the villages all around very pretty, the sea, the palm trees, old houses. It was Margherita who received us, she was super nice, pro-active and always reacted very quickly. We really appreciated that she put basic products in the kitchen, like sugar, salt, oil, pasta, tomato sauce, cereals, etc.
