The stay in Elena's apartment was very good. She is talkative and told me places to go eat. She was very friendly and helpful, and the spaces were as described. I would not hesitate to recommend it to other travelers.

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. The best of the apartment is the location on Calle Gran Via. Excellent! We also highlight the excellent communication with Pablo and the easy access to all the points of interest of Madrid. This is right next to the subway station. Pablo also gave us an excellent airport transfer. The site is ideal for 2 people, but you can accept up to 4 people as there is a sofa in the living room (reasonable for one). Very small bathroom.

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Similar to the photos and in a great location, there was a little noise at night.

Apartment in very good location. All kinds of amenities as soon as you leave the building. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for a two-week stay. Oscar was super flexible and diligent helping us modify the dates and with the time of departure. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fran and Isabel's flat. It's a very nice place, cozy and perfectly equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location is excellent, close to everything we need, and with easy access to the main points of interest. The hosts were very helpful and kind, always willing to help with any questions or needs. Although we were not very lucky with the neighbors, who were a little noisy at some point, this did not tarnish our experience. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice and well located stay. Thank you so much Fran and Isabel!

Magnificent place and exceptional service. It is not accessible by car (it is the center of Toledo), but there is the possibility of private parking five minutes walk away. The apartment has all the necessary services, despite being a historic house, and offers a very complete breakfast service. The host gave us clear instructions and was available throughout the stay.
