Ideally located villa, central area, quiet, 100 metres from the sea. Two master suites, each with a 160-cm bed. The second suite is located in an adjoining annex, accessible only from the outside. Therefore, it is not suitable for young children unless they are accompanied by an adult.' . Bright and pleasant living room overlooking a lovely garden with a barbecue. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sorède, bordered by a river, close to the center of the village, 15 minutes from the sea by car. There is a large main room with high ceilings and a kitchen-dining room-living room by the fireplace with TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Bedding included. On the ground floor, a bathroom and a toilet.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

My cozy and warm home was renovated in 2019. It is very bright with a skylight, two terraces, one overlooking the bell tower, the other overlooking the mountain. It combines modernity (open kitchen, designer furniture) in an old architecture (large art deco style staircase, terrace built on the rampart). Located in the heart of the village on a quiet street, it is 3 km from the beaches (bike path), 6 km from Collioure, 20 km from Spain and 1.5 hours from the ski slopes.

Unique traditional house in the middle of the old town

My accommodation is located in the middle of the picturesque old town of Collioure. It has a large sun terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay and castle because of its unique location. There is plenty of outdoor space and the beaches can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. My accommodation is very suitable for couples, families and groups. Pets are welcome. With our neighbouring houses, up to 20 guests can be accommodated. If you are interested, please just ask.
