It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

It combines modernity (open kitchen, designer furniture) in an old architecture (large art deco style staircase, terrace built on the rampart). Located in the heart of the village on a quiet street, it is 3 km from the beaches (bike path), 6 km from Collioure, 20 km from Spain and 1.5 hours from the ski slopes.

My accommodation is located in the middle of the picturesque old town of Collioure. It has a large sun terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay and castle because of its unique location. There is plenty of outdoor space and the beaches can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. My accommodation is very suitable for couples, families and groups. Pets are welcome. With our neighbouring houses, up to 20 guests can be accommodated. If you are interested, please just ask.

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar.
