Lovely apartment in the center of Pavia

In a period building, cozy and functional, the apartment is in the center of Pavia, a stone's throw from the Duomo, and accommodates up to 2 people On the second and top floor of one of the most prestigious historic buildings in the city. Elevator to the first floor. The apartment is elegant and comfortable. It accommodates up to 2 people. Not suitable for people with mobility problems. We are close to the cathedral, the university, Piazza della Vittoria, in a pedestrian area, close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

Once upon a time

Within the walls of Mornico Losana Castle, you will find a small love nest for a holiday in the midst of nature surrounded by many animals and flowers. In a romantic setting, you will be welcomed with cordiality and discretion. It'll be like taking a dip into the past. The "grandmother's house" adapted to our times. Beautiful walks and lots of... relaxation. Maximum privacy and maximum confidence (the bedroom and bathroom are open plan!) House not suitable for children. Pets are welcome!

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.
