Albigny, close to the beach with parking

The apartment, completely renovated, is on the 4th floor. It has a separate bedroom and 2 balconies overlooking a large listed park. You will be 500 m from Albigny Beach and close to all the small shops in the neighborhood of the same name. For your information, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, it is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The proposed parking is located at the bottom of the building, it is an outdoor co-ownership parking lot with free placement.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Large bright studio, quiet, just renovated, the Evasion offers a peaceful setting with natural and contemporary decoration creating a warm atmosphere. Come and enjoy summer and winter in our beautiful, quiet and bright architect's house, with heated pool (open from June 1 to September 15) in Annecy-le-Vieux, 7 minutes from the lake and 30 minutes from the ski slopes.
