Apartment in an emblematic protected house (in total there are 3 accommodations) on a certified ecological estate. It has an infinity CLIMATIZED pool and patio (shared use) with views of the sea and spectacular sunrises. After 7 years of work, I can offer that unique experience in harmony with nature. Located in the sunny town of Güímar, 29 minutes from the TFS and TFN. From the house you can do everything on foot. Vegetable market on Sundays & Wednesday. Beach at 10 minutes by car.

In the house there are four apartments with a large garden in common, where you will find an outdoor kitchen, perfect to enjoy outdoor meals and meet guests of the other apartments. Arico is surrounded by climbing areas a few minutes by car or even walking. You can also find beautiful trails that connect the villages. Arround 10 minutes by car you will be in El Porís beach (perfect for learn surf) and Abades, nice to do snorkel and with beautiful restaurants in front of the sea.

An authentic experience of relaxation and tranquility away from the masses, mobile coverage, and the hustle and bustle of the city.

Wifi and Air conditioning. Smoking is allowed on terrace.

It's a house in the clouds. This house is located 5 minutes by car from Chanajiga Recreational Park. Starting point of safe and well-kept trails, surrounded by Canarian pines, laurel forest, where you can walk, go on mountain bike rides, a real treat!!!!!

Ideal for relaxing, quiet, safe and very well connected to the highway. If guests want bicycles, I'll leave them 2 for free.

Our house is situated out of town, but very closed to everything, 6,5km from the beach and 1,5km from the stores and markets. It´s very quiet, in the middle of nature, where you will enjoy the beautiful views to the ocean and have a relaxing holidays
