Monthly Rentals in Arkasa

We spent a wonderful three weeks at Seaside Studios. The place is situated near a beautiful sandy beach just down the lane, equipped with a seaside bar and rentable lounge chairs. The studio is perfectly clean and comfortable with a front and back patio. The front faces a beautiful garden full of fruits and flowers while the back faces a glorious view of the sea where the sunset views are unmatched. The town is an easy 10-15 minute walk and has everything one would need. Zaharoula, her husband George and her mother are the most kind, generous and attentive people who take care to make your stay a great island experience. They are on site each morning and afternoon and are easily available by phone. They are truly the best! We hope to return next year.

The property offers plenty of space inside, was very clean and welcoming. It has large windows in every room for natural light and of course a prime location for the sunset! This is my favorite airbnb. The location is central & very convenient with the main town and stores 40 seconds away.

We stayed at this little flat by the sea for 2 nights after our arrival in Karpathos. We had a car so it was very easy to drive in as the place is not exactly in the town centre. The view was beautiful from the balcony and the flat was cozy & nice. The only thing we had a little problems with was the electricity which kept turning off and some plugs didn't work at all. Therefore, we didn't use the AC because it seemed to overload the electricity. However, the sea breeze was enough to keep us cool at night!
