Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Welcome to your apartment in our house built in 2022. Enjoy the easily accessible location, even in winter, the comfort of the private entrance and the parking space at the house. Your equipment and shoes will fit in the lockable ski room with boot dryer. Your apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and Wi-Fi. The highlight: a private terrace with barbecue facilities. Bus lines to the ski resort are very close. Water, heating, garbage disposal included.

Lodge 12 in Gampen Lodges is a sunny and comfortable just refurbished flat, w/ it’s private balcony and views over the mountains. 2 bedrooms w/ comfortable beds (either King or double). Generous cupboards, fully furnished kitchen, living room, dining area. The flat shares the use of the common facilities with the other flats in the house : Sauna, Gym, off-street Parking, breakfast lounge, Garden and Ski-Room. Breakfast can be booked separately.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Lake Seebach Apartment

The 100 m2 Seebachsee design apartment exudes sympathy and joy in colour. Dogs are only allowed for a fee of €35 per day and animal. The apartment is ideal for 1 - 8 people and offers a wonderful view of Lake Seebach and the breathtaking mountains of the Lechtal Alps on the furnished terrace in summer and winter. Another highlight is the proximity to the village railway and thus to the ski slope. This is only 190 m.

House in Walenstadtberg. The accommodation can be used by 3 to 11 people. Experience a unique, spacious and family-friendly accommodation 200 m² with sauna and gym. Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Welcome to the Alpenu, our small hideaway at 1,044 meters above sea level in the Allgäu Alps. With a lot of love, we have created a small refuge from an alpine hut for - up to four adults and - up to four children children. A lot of wood, glass, stone and passion have been processed here down to the smallest detail and you can breathe completely undisturbed and leave everyday life behind.

Alte Sennerei Lechleiten

The Alte Sennerei Lechleiten is a lovingly renovated holiday home for ideally 6 but a maximum of 10 people. The partly over 400-year-old house, which was originally used to produce dairy products, has been extensively renovated, with the result being a feel-good oasis of modern comfort and rustic coziness. We would like to rent our house to considerate guests who appreciate this gem.
