Ten kilometres to central Malmö. Two kilometres to the nearest shopping centre, which has a large supermarket, a petrol station, shops and fast-food restaurants. Bus stop to Malmö is a ten minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's beautiful beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Svensk Logcabin, med förebild från USA. Sitt på verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Vid behov av fler sängar finns en lägenhet att hyra i anslutande byggnad. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.
