Our B&B studio Sleepingarden is located in the rural outskirts of Vlissingen, in Ritthem. Part of the former horse stables has been converted into a fully equipped studio. It is within walking distance of the Westerschelde, where you can see the boats sailing from the garden. On the sea dike, you will find a small beach for swimming. You can also take a walk in the nature reserve or visit Fort Rammekens, which is also within walking distance. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. Bicycles are included.

Our vacation home is close to the beach, 300 meters away. It is a detached and sunny house with a spacious garden around it. Ideal when you want a beach vacation with small children or are looking for the tranquility of nature with a few friends! In the pre- and post-season, wonderful beach walks, in the summer a fantastic and safe bathing beach. Close to the storm surge barrier and the Eastern Scheldt. Ideal for cycling! The Veerse Meer is on the other side of the dike, with plenty of opportunity for water sports.

Safari tent in the Zeeland nature

This "solo safari tent" is located in a sheltered place in the meadows surrounded by knot willows. At the bottom of an unpaved walking dike with a pond next to it. The horses and sheep come every now and then to see what you are doing, but that will not disturb your privacy. Luxury "camping" with the convenience of (green) electricity, hot and cold water, outdoor shower, good mattresses, campfire, small but complete kitchenette. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.
