There are two holiday homes on our property, which covers approximately 2,000 m². The roof surfaces are well insulated on both the inside and the outside. The holiday home is cosy and quiet. All rooms have windows. One car parking space is available on the property for the holiday home. If you need parking for multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces available nearby. The S-Bahn station, the ferry terminal and the outdoor swimming pool are about 500 metres away. There are a wide range of options for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.

It has a living area with an integrated kitchenette. A staircase leads to the sleeping gallery, where there is a double bed. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom decorated with original VEB tiles from Boizenburg. In summer, a small private terrace invites you to linger, in winter the cozy crackling fireplace.

Welcome to a quiet apartment where you are all alone. Right in the middle between Dresden and Bautzen. Other excursion destinations, such as Upper Lusatia or Saxon Switzerland, are very easy to reach from here. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house. All rooms are very bright. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk, and the nearest train station is only 5 minutes away. On the other hand, quiet forests in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax.
