Die Villa Sonnegg ist eine gemütlich, direkt an der Skipiste gelegene Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Arosa. Ausgestattet mit einem grosszügigen Balkon, kostenlosem WLAN und Privatparkplatz ist diese grossräumige Ferienwohnung ideal für Paare und Familien. Die Wohnung thront gediegen über dem Dorf am Ende des "Eichhörnliwegs", einem beliebten Wanderweg in Arosa. The chalet is located in the village center. In 5 minutes by foot you can reach: a village shop, inn, bus stop, swimming pool. It is a 15-minute walk to the river. In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Sunny apartment with beautiful views. Children and tolerable pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with an amazing view!

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

The rooms, equipped with a lot of Swiss pine wood, make the comfortably equipped apartment a highlight. The large window in the living room offers impressive views of the mountains and nature. The Arosa/Lenzerheide ski and hiking area is a few minutes away by free bus.

Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. Wi-Fi is available and thus also home office from the mountains possible.
