Gostei mt of the accommodation,all according to the photos ,the condominium and BOM has a good MT sauna, an easy access garage. About the apartment I thought I could improve the shower the water falls MT next to the wall , it could lengthen it a little bit more.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

It was very nice to stay in Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The apartment is in the block in front of the pool, facilitating access to the leisure area and the entrance and exit of the condominium and speaking of condominium, which is wonderful structure, very nice swimming pool, a private beach, lush view and everything... we'll be back for sure!!!

As a differential they still provide beach chairs and a special affection with children's sand toys. The house is in front of the beach of João Fernandes, the most beautiful in b***s. Spectacular the house, better than the pictures. Super equipped for the stay, several bathrooms, for large groups is ideal, additional such as lounge chairs and umbrella, it has a descent to Playa Das Velas, the super quiet and family-friendly condominium. It has a very good shared quincho as well. The attention of Saulo and all the people of the Condominium was also very good. It is far from downtown but we handled very well by tranfer and uber, you are minutes away. It has a supermarket nearby and the location is very quiet.

Great house, really like in the pictures. Great location and close to everything (you need to use a car to go to the beach). Cozy, safe and family-friendly location. Host super attentive and easy to communicate. The only point to improve would be the air-conditioning (they make a lot of noise and get in the way of sleep). The house is wonderful! Extremely clean, organized, perfect location, close to Rua das Pedras and glued to oven beach that is one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. The house is great, very spacious, all rooms very well organized and clean. In addition, utensils and kitchen items are varied and very useful. Carlos was also requested to answer us without delay and offering clear information.

I'm not a public review, but I always read the reviews that help me decide. So I'm starting to leave some of my experience. Luciana's house is wonderful! The condominium is very quiet and with very friendly people. Everything impeccable! It was just not very clear to me the issue of towels and sheets and I ended up not taking it. However, she offered me the towels and linens that were already in the beds (but not very good). So lightweight: bed and bath linens, soap, toilet paper (she leaves two rolls) and phosphor. Important also leave your home with the location it sends, as if you put it by the address you go to another location. She takes time to respond, so do this in advance. The site is about 30 minutes from the Centre in the day and about 40 min at night because of traffic. But, nearby there is Porto da Barra at Manguinhos beach which is wonderful! And is a block from Rasa Beach. Anyway, we had a wonderful weekend!

The check-in was very good, the host was very nice and I explain everything, the toilet was very clean and tidy, the pool was also very clean. A very cozy and nice place. One block from the locomotion and a business and restaurant, everything is super good.
