Alugo guest house (annex) with independent entrance to the main house. It has a balcony, double bedroom (9,30m2), smart TV, sky prepaid (digital package), large bathroom, equipped kitchen. A few meters from the shallow/manguinhos beach, the condominium has a club with swimming pools, as well as sports courts and a lake. Parking is available at the front of the main house. Feel free to bring your own bed linen and towels for greater hygiene, or if you prefer, we will provide ours.

The place of access to the house is a dead end street, on the ascent of the hill, the place is not beautiful, but the neighborhood is quiet and old, so much so that we have been in this house for 25 years. There are stairs that provide access to the home as well . You can drop your bags off before or after the check in and check out time.
