The villa is located in the middle of the green of Valnerina, among hills of olive groves and woods of Mediterranean scrub. The Marmore Waterfall is 2.4 from the property. The property features a lovely heated swimming pool, open from April to October (5 m × 10 m, depth 1.5 m), set within a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of the green Umbrian countryside. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.

Period residence in the heart of Assisi's historic centre, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The property comprises a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
