The property features a lovely heated swimming pool, open from April to October (5 m × 10 m, depth 1.5 m), set within a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of the green Umbrian countryside. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
