Cozy little house close to the capital, in a quiet and safe area, with ample garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, another bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a large garden of more than 150m2 with a barbecue, an area for eating, a play area and a place to park. Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. (Possible noises from lun to vie by school and nearby works)

Two bedrooms (bedroom bed 1.35 + office) and private bathroom in shared flat with the host. In Aravaca, 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. Safe area, good level, lively, green and all the amenities. Well connected by bus or train Cercanías. Connection to airport by train. You will like the independence and spaciousness of your private space and the neighborhood with its shops, restaurants and bars. European breakfast included: coffee, tea, toast, fruit, yogurt, yogurt, milk (not cooked)...

ACCOMMODATION ON A SEASONAL RENTAL BASIS, TOURIST RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Welcome to our accommodation! : ) It is a modern 55m2 apartment located in Aravaca, a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Madrid. The city tourist centre (Puerta del Sol) is about 40-50 minutes by public transport (with transfer). It is a quiet area with supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and all the necessary services within reach. We hope you enjoy your stay here :)

The Pool Suite

Sending of identity card photography is required by the RB&B app. The Suite has a separate entrance. 1 bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds (one above the other) 1 Full bathroom The porch of the casita is for private use by guests. The swimming pool is for community use. There are minors in the house. Nudity and thongs are not allowed in the garden. Well connected to the city center. Bus 6 min and train 9 min walk Close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
