Very functional apartment, very clean, arranged with great taste. The south-east facing terrace is a real plus on sunny days: you can have breakfast and lunch in the sun, facing greenery. Be careful, the roller shutter of one of the 2 bedrooms is broken; it is replaced by a blackout curtain but still lets the light through! The neighborhood and building are very quiet. Nearby, there are all the necessary shops on a square: bakery, charcuterie-traiteur, fishmonger, en primeurs, tobacconist and small supermarket U. I'm sorry I didn't know this place sooner!

very clean, modern and functional accommodation ideal for couple or family with children in peaceful quiet area and with ideal proximity to the beach and shops, very responsive and attentive hosts i recommend it.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

We were delighted to have a bright, functional, clean accommodation, a few meters from the beach and close to the city center. Responsive host, Sylvie had left us small touches!!!! We'll be back!!! Thank you

Excellent week-long family stay at Philippe's. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and ideally located ( close to the sea and restaurants). We appreciated the welcome and availability of our host.

the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

Quiet accommodation, despite being close to the city center and puilboreau

Very good stay with Karen, the accommodation is well decorated, a few parts in the process of being set up, the beds are comfortable and the little plus is the children's kitchen and toys have fun. The environment is very nice, quiet, with the church next door, a pond with games for family walks or sports. Nearby several activities, castles, beaches, cities to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay and the hospitality and kindness of our host, we recommend it!

Very pleasant stay in Nadége's studio. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the layout of the studio (well demarcated bed area) as well as its cleanliness. Small downside for bedding, but which does not change the positive memories of our stay

The apartment is really spacious, very clean and totally matches the photos ,even better😉 - Everything is modern ,tastefully decorated, everyone has found their place in this beautiful space - The two terraces are simply superb , with a preference for the incredible rooftop, without any vis-à-vis , and its comfortable jacuzzi sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola - Magical and quiet family view, just what we were looking for 😍 Very close to La Rochelle and many sites to visit that were recommended to us by our hosts - We had a great week with the kids , and will be back with pleasure if we are visiting this beautiful area 😊

we had a short stay with our children in this beautiful apartment, it is very well arranged nothing to say , very quiet and peaceful place, there is even no need to take the car to walk around everything is on foot. The kids as we loved it, I think we'll come back 😁

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation which corresponds to the description. The bedding is quality, the bathtub is a nice little plus. Spacious and very well located accommodation, close to the port, coastal path, beach and restaurants (not much open in February) as well as bus lines (13 min from the aquarium). We would recommend this listing.

We had a last minute two days on the Ile de Ré and Boris’ apartment suited us perfectly. He was really responsive, met us and could chat in English or French as we preferred. Great recommendations for restaurants. The apartment is five minutes walk from a bicycle hire and walkigm distance to the town. The location is superb and we had the best time exploring. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The accommodation matches the description, very good breakfast and smooth communication with Fred! 😊 Small downside for the motor of the Spa filter which stops only at 12:30 am, it makes noise.

Romi is very welcoming, friendly and available. He also helped us with a mishap with our car. The place is beautiful and cozy. We were lucky enough to have the property an evening and a day without the other 3 properties being occupied. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!
