Beautiful sea views and direct beach access for this apartment with 2 balconies in a residence classified as a historic monument. The apartment, partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a laundry room (for a fee). La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Bienvenue dans notre petite maison situé entre la barrage d’Arzal et le village d’Arzal. Nous rénovons un vieux corps de ferme dans un petit hameau et voulons vous inviter à partager notre belle vie. Welcome to our cottage perfectly situated between the village of Arzal and the Barrage d'Arzal. We are in the process of renovating an old farmhouse in a small hamlet and look forward to welcoming you to our 'little slice of heaven'.

Appartement de charme comprenant un balcon avec vue sur la Vilaine. La résidence est très calme et se situe à 1 minute du port d'Arzal à pieds. Proche de la Roche-Bernard et des plages de Pénestin. (Je précise qu'il y a des travaux en ce moment sur le barrage et que cela peut entraîner du bruit de manière temporaire jusqu'au mois d'avril 2026 puis d'octobre 2026 à avril 2027.) Les draps et les serviettes de bains sont fournis.
