Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Come to relax in an exceptional and preserved site, in a mill of the fifteenth century, located in the heart of Morbihan. Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. Surrounded by forest, plains and moors, it's a paradise for trout fishing with no kill, photography or nature. Located 20 minutes from the sea and close to many touristic sites (Branféré Park, , the most beautiful village of France "Rochefort en Terre).

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

this rental is located in the countryside, it is bright and new. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction cooktop, rotating heat oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker,... The bedroom has a large separate dressing room. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, baby bed. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, parking for 2 cars.
