Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, this peaceful cottage offers a relaxing stay with the Vilaine River in the morning. Located in a secure residence, the house offers 3 bedrooms and a garden overlooking the river. Ideal for 5 people, it sleeps 6 with 2 bathrooms, including a master suite. Bed linens not provided. Heated and covered swimming pool until September 30, 2025. Please note: swim shorts, long swimsuits, are prohibited.

Charming apartment with a balcony overlooking the Vilaine. The residence is very quiet and is located 1 minute from the port of Arzal on foot. Close to La Roche-Bernard and the beaches of Pénestin. (Please note that there is currently work being carried out on the dam, which may result in noise and temporarily affect the view until April 2026, and then from October 2026 to April 2027.) Linens and bath towels are provided.
