Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building located in the heart of the city. The 40sqm apartment consists of a large bedroom with balcony, a bathroom with shower, a dining room with a sofa that converts into a comfortable 190x140 bed and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need (microwave, coffee machine coffee etc). Security door. The location is really fantastic, just a two minute walk from the station and less than 1km from all the major monuments.

Appartamento moderno in pieno centro storico, con una camera da letto e un divano letto, si trova all'interno di un immobile storico ristrutturato ed è sito al secondo piano senza ascensore . Si sviluppa su 2 livelli, in quello inferiore si trova la cucina soggiorno dotata anche di tv e un divano letto, bagno e terrazzino; al livello superiore si trova la camera da letto. Cozy apartment with garden beside Spasimo

Beside Spasimo church, in the heart of Kalsa district, the apartment is really close to Orto botanico, Palazzo Abatellis Gallery, Magione church, Foro italico. Very close to restaurants and pizza places, excellent bakery around the corner, a fish vendor at the end of the street and two travelling little trucks who call out their wares in the morning. This allows a genuine living experience in the old part of the city.
