The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

As soon as you leave the apartment you can go for a walk to our small Champérus, Oule peaks... on foot or by bike towards the lake, the municipal swimming pool, the shops. In a quiet subdivision, you will be welcomed in a 40 m2 cottage with a warm wooden interior with a small garden. You will find a renovated dining area, a living room with sofa bed and a mezzanine with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. A stove will warm you up after your day in the great outdoors. The cottage is independent but we can tell you about activities and places to discover. Ski resort, water park and lake 15 minutes away. Amenities 5 minutes away.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
