Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, right by the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

Wooden chalet 90 m2

The chalet offers panoramic views of the peaks from all sides. In addition to the living room, whose bay windows give the impression of living in the landscape, the floor offers 3 bedrooms (2 closed) and a bathroom, all with large openings to multiply the points of view. The interior design, a mixture of authenticity and contemporary, adopts the chalet style as a common thread, in keeping with the dominant wood, left natural. The choice of shades and materials ensures a cocooning atmosphere.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Perched on stilts above the village of La Bâtie-Neuve, Chalet L'Écureuil welcomes you to its cosy, treehouse-style cabin on the edge of the forest, at the far end of the property, behind the main chalet occupied by the owners. You can access the property via a charming 50-metre footpath and enjoy a magnificent view of the valley. Its 19 m² covered outdoor terrace features a fully private hot tub. Adults only. The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
