Far from the hustle and bustle of the cities, enjoy the great outdoors, nature, calm and its southern exposure, to spend a pleasant week. Arnaud and Laura will be happy to host you in this beautiful fully equipped 40 m2 apartment with its south-facing terrace at 1300 m altitude.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, new and unique cottage was made with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening onto the mountains without any overlooking, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild VALGAUDEMAR valley in the HAUTES-ALPES. Hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing... many activities far from the big tourist complexes but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE IN THE HEART OF NATURE.

Small bucolic cottage, terrace with breathtaking view

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this quiet little chalet. The window opens directly to a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the essentials included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your front porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. Hiking trails pass 150 metres. Special welcome bikers and board games games!

Studio for 2 to 4 people

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Trapper's cabin since August 2020

For an instinctive desire to feel good. Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature in a trapper's cabin. The forest its smells, the sky, the sound of water. Take a leap in time, reclaim the past to better understand our modernity. A trapper's cabin in the middle of nature, composed of a kitchen area, dining area and living room. Upstairs, double bed. Charming cottage of 45 m2 completely renovated, all comfort , in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4* rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).
