The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. Everything has been designed so that your stay in Sardinia is unforgettable. The first beach of Perd'e Sali and the tourist port are only a few meters away. From Perd'e Sali it is possible to reach the most beautiful beaches of the coast such as Nora, Santa Margherita, Chia, Tuerredda. Close by our Cottage you can discovery "Nora" an ancient Roman town.

The apartment offers a large veranda with a splendid view of the sparkling sea of Sardinia, framed by palm trees and the island of San Macario with the ancient Spanish Tower, in the distance the tourist port of Perd'è Sali. Before being kissed by the sun, you can dive into the crystal clear water below the house. The mixed pebble/sand beach is about 50 meters away. It is also the ideal base for exploring all of South Sardinia and its magnificent beaches and landscapes.

My house is small but cozy and bright, it has all the comforts, but what makes it really special is the beautiful view. Please note that the neighborhood is located on a hill, so the road is always uphill to get there! But at the same time, this location is strategic for quickly reaching the tourist area, all the attractions, the port, the station, and the buses.
