Take a break and relax in this peaceful studio located in Mayenne, near Laval, 18 minutes by car from the train station. Access by Laval public transport possible. Ideal for exploring Mayenne with its nearby greenway (ideal for cycling). The accommodation is fully equipped and renovated. Common external entrance with that of the owner, common gate and courtyard but independent studio at the back of the house. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Access to the jacuzzi upon request.

The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Lovely country house, ideal for a long family stay or for a period of remote work. Everyone will have their individual space to work or relax. 2 living rooms, a veranda, a mezzanine area, a large garden . Wifi and fiber allow remote work. Located 1.5 hours from the Breton coast and Paris . Large longhouse, ceiling beams, don't be surprised to meet a few spider wires? I can track them down, there are always some who escape me...

Refrigerator, oven, microwave, gas stove, washing machine. Sheets available. Cleaning to be done before leaving, thank you :-)

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As we can say "small but cute", it is indeed a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've maximised the space. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Chateau-Gontier. Possibility of free street parking.

Our studio (with private entrance and private parking) is spacious and located on the floor of our dwelling house. It is close to the city center, close to shops, the castle, market halls... You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, brightness and French billiards available for your use. Our place is great for couples and all guests.
