Loved this property. Had a wonderful time , would like to return for a longer stay. Robert was very receptive to my questions and responded immediately. Enjoyed the whole experience of the Villages. Actually ran into a few people we know while we were there. Would ABSOLUTELY return here if I got the chance.

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

This was the 2nd time we stayed. Gary was extremely helpful and responsive to us…figuring out the guest passes and golf reservations, questions about the house, etc. He is a perfect host!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. This Airbnb was the perfect spot for my family, Not only was Natalie incredibly accommodating but we were amazed at her instant communication. Every single thing you need for your vacation she already has waiting for you there. Don’t miss out on this place. 10/10 recommend

Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

The house was just as described! It was in a quiet area which was really nice to get back to after a busy day! The backyard was also amazing for laying out!

Mike is a very nice man . I would like to stay there again . The area is excellent , very nice for exploring and bicycle riding .

Ryan was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. His home was spotless and extremely well equipped. Our favorite room for relaxing was the lanai. It was well furnished and air conditioned which is unusual based on our past Air BnB rentals. The location is in close proximity to 3 pools,multiple golf courses and Sumter Landing square. Overall this was a great experience.

Fabulous host! Perfect for our trip. Easily accessible to so much in the area. Do not hesitate to rent if available.

This home is one the most wonderful place we’ve stayed in. Lovely kitchen complete with so many items to cook a family dinner. Beautiful lanai with comfortable seating and lovely plants. And the back garden is beautiful as well with many flowering plants this time of year. Ronald was very accommodating by solving all the minor problems. Loved our stay here.

Definitely will come again . Highly recommended for anyone. Felt like a home away from home and the cat was a great host as well.

We always have a great time at the lake house! We have made beautiful memories and will continue to do so. Thank you Jennifer for allowing us to make all these great memories at your lake house these last several years! We always feel right at home. The lake is amazing, my husband loves that he is able to put the boat in the water right from the yard. He and the kids love the bass they catch out there! We love kayaking around the lake too! The water is always so clear. Wonderful and friendly neighbors. The house is also perfect for us. No matter the weather we always have an amazing time!

Adrian was a fantastic host—very attentive and communicative throughout our stay. The property was perfect for us and our dogs, who absolutely loved every moment. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and hope to return again soon. Highly recommend!

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of. We were greeted with an abundance of treats to start our vacation. This house was one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed at. They did a fantastic job communicating with us and describing their home on the listing. They even surprised our family with a sweet gift when we left.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

Since I rented the whole house it was perfect for our large family gathering with separate units (Casa’s) for each couple.
