In the Indre Valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet, idyllic riverside hamlet, a small gîte for 2 people with a separate entrance on the ground floor of our Art Deco villa (we live upstairs), featuring a terrace and garden, plus access to the swimming pool from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner on a timeshare basis), and a TV in the living room/bedroom with Netflix access. In the heart of the Brandon wooded park, this cottage is ideal for a few days of vacation or teleworking, for couples, families or groups of friends. Located a quarter of an hour from Saint Pierre des Corps TGV station (55 minutes from Paris), it is close to the Châteaux de la Loire, the Zoo-Parc de Beauval and the "Cher et Loire à vélo" routes. Fireplace, fire pit, barbecue, TV and Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen is equipped and the bathroom has a washing machine.

Fully renovated cottage in former stables

Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

This farmhouse, which is also our secondary residence, is located in a small hamlet in the countryside, close to the prestigious sites of the Loire Valley and Cher (Chenonceau 15 km, Royal City of Loches 12 km and state forest 6 km, Montrésor, Amboise, Chaumont...). Fields as far as the eye can see and birdsong for company. The interior decor combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. No events or parties are allowed.
