It’s a modern, light, airy 50m² floor/apartment with a wonderful 70m² private garden with dinner table, umbrella, smart tv, bluetooth speaker overlooking the central square and bay of the prestigious seaside resort. The apartment is less than 300 mt from the award-winning beach and 5 min from the lake. Restaurants, supermarket water sports, tennis club, open air cinema at walking distance. We will be happy to provide advice and answer any questions. We speak fluent English and French.

The property is located 20 min from the port of Rafina and 35 minutes from the airport.

A luxurious 80m house with 2 huge balconies and sea-view! You can see the beach from every corner of the place and especially when you are in the bedrooms! There is a garden with red and yellow roses and a 7m palm tree! The place is new, luxurious, 50m from the beach and 15 min to the airport. It’s is quiet, peaceful, perfect for families with little kids and couples. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all necessities, 2 huge balconies and a very spacious living room.

Attica Vacation Home

Perfect to relax. The house is located 20 minutes from the airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" and around 40-45 minutes from the centre of Athens. Although it is in Attica, it gives an island feeling, as the sea is directly in front of you. The rocky beach is unorganised and has very clear waters. However, if you prefer organised beaches, there are plenty of options. Good place if you want to getaway from the big city life. The house is ecologically built and has a big garden!
