A+!!!!!!! we felt at home right away. clean and beautiful and so very charming, just steps away from the main street. we enjoyed the comfy bed, bathtub and old new york city puzzle. Margaret’s a gem of a host and human. excellent communication, great tips, and proactively offered us a late check-out. book now!

Diane’s place was beautiful with a unique charm. She had lots of antiques and old photographs that were fun to look at. The kitchen and bathroom were newly refinished and very nice. The only downfall for us was the size of the bed. It is on the smaller side which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than the bed I highly recommend Dianne’s apartment!

The place was perfect for our overnight stay in the area. We decided on Athens because we were on a college tour and it was in-between 2 stops. Super easy parking outside front door and nice roomy bedrooms and smaller kid room with twin bed. Bathroom was great - whole place was clean and homey. On a side note - I highly recommend The Athens Rooster for breakfast -quck 2 min drive and well worth it! Athens is a nice little town, I wish we had been able to stay longer.
