Newly updated cottage with a location that can't be beat! The cottage is on owner-occupied property but with plenty of privacy (hosts live in the front house). Drop your bags and hit the town because you can walk to the best that Athens has to offer from here. When you're ready to rest, the Yellow Cottage has a kitchen, bathroom, comfortable living space with smart TV and Wi-Fi — not to mention a bedroom with a view to the stars! This space is ideal for parents of OU students and couples.

Full apartment above garage

This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. Various condiments, coffee, cream, etc to be shared. Thanks for looking.

For a limited time, Athens Krishna House - a Bhakti-Yoga and Meditation Center, is available for your tranquil getaway. No TV. For the sanctity of this unique space, No Smoking, No Meat, No Fish, No Eggs, No Alcohol, No Party in the house. We are sorry we cannot allow pets inside. Shoes need to be left in the foyer. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. “Spring” at PaPa Cabin be prepared for a different experience. This little house, perched on a cliff, is off the grid, surrounded by forest. A quarter mile walk through the woods leads to the cabin. Bedroom sleeps two on the comfy bed. With only 12 volt (like your car) solar electricity, gas heat, some 12v fans (no AC) it will be an adventure! In the kitchenette, guests will find a propane range top, a fridge, and cooking utensils, bottled water, outside a charcoal grill.

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Porch, FREE Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer

The Ohio University Convocation Center is hiking distance, as is the University and downtown Athens. FREE WIFI and FREE parking for up to 4 cars. McDonalds, and other fast food is very close by, as is a hardware store. The house is on the Athens transit route and we have Uber and Lyft. The house is a historic Sears kit house built in 1939 and recently extensively remodeled. We have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for for your use only.
