Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

PaPa Cabin

“Spring” at PaPa Cabin be prepared for a different experience. This little house, perched on a cliff, is off the grid, surrounded by forest. A quarter mile walk through the woods leads to the cabin. Bedroom sleeps two on the comfy bed. With only 12 volt (like your car) solar electricity, gas heat, some 12v fans (no AC) it will be an adventure! In the kitchenette, guests will find a propane range top, a fridge, and cooking utensils, bottled water, outside a charcoal grill.

Prime location on North Court Street in uptown Athens, within walking distance to Ohio University and many bars and restaurants. This entire apartment contains three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen. The apartment has one large bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen.
