The cottage is perfect for couples who enjoy being outdoors, watch the sun rise, fish off the rocks, and splash in the colorful sea. Just 20 km from Loutraki, it is suitable for daily excursions to historic sites in the Peloponnese.

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

The apartments are two rooms, with a double bed in the bedroom and 1 single in the 2nd room (with the possibility of accommodating a 4th person with the addition of a race). Each apartment has 2 hotplates and oven for cooking meals and fridge, air conditioning, TV, free WIFI, fireplace.
