Apartment holiday rentals in Attica

The place was a bit bigger than it looked like in the pictures. It was easy to find and just as easy to check in and out. There are two metros nearby and grocery stores in walkable distance. We enjoyed staying in there. It was cozy and we would stay there again if we would need a place to stay in Athens.

We loved our stay in Akis’s apartment. It was perfectly clean, comfortable and had lots of amenities so we felt right at home. Everything we wanted to see and do in Athens was easy get to from the apartment, as well as there being some great cafes, shops etc in the immediate local area. He left some fantastic recommendations for things to do, and places to eat and drink, which we were very grateful for! All in all a fantastic experience, would recommend to anyone!

I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout my stay. Laertis and Sofia went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the metro station, acropolis museum, Syntagma Square, Acropolis of Athens and so much more. Overall, i had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Laertis, and Sofia’s place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

Very nice apartment. The appartment is stylish and practical. The location is really great as the appartment is 1 min walking from the metro station. This line provides direct metro’s to all major viewpoints of Athens. Irene was also very quick to answer our messages and was able to accommodate our midnight arrival by booking us a taxi and providing clear instructions to get in the appartment.

Another wonderful stay at Caldera Blue!

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

Very responsive, very helpful. Arranged transportation from the airport and facilitated the entire trip. Would recommend 100% for people that want a holistic experience and value attention to detail.

We spent an excellent time in Athens, indeed Alexandro's apartment. There are lots of advantages to rent this apartment: first of all the metro station is only one hundred meters from the apartment and you can reach easily and quickly every famous places in Athens. Second one the apartment is well equipped, but for us missed an toaster. Thanks to the washing and drying machine, we brought with us only few clothes. Last but not least Alexandros was very flexible in terms of arrival and departure times. Thanks again Alexandros!

The flat is a good fit for a family of 4 or 5 for some days. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect to explore Aegina. In Perdika you have everything in walking distance: beach, restaurants, stores. And host Raphael was very responsive and helped out when we had a question.

Apartment is fantastic, not bland like most newer listing's, it's someone's home with lots of character and a fantastic terrace, even in April we could sit out and have breakfast. Top marks for being generous with the coffee, normally you get one pod per day if you are lucky and so have to go buy more. Here I could have 2 or 3 coffees and not worry. You can read up on the neighborhood elsewhere and it's downsides but you can easily walk to the centre and it seemed safe enough with loads of bakeries at the main square. We picked up souvlaki from one of the fast food stalls and it was decent. For the price the flat is excellent, lift is an experience but worked and saved some tired legs. Would definitely recommend but have a look on street view if you want a feel for the surroundings you will be in. We had 4 days in Athens which we think was enough to view most of the sites.

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's! The location is quiet but in a lively neighborhood, it was very clean, Maria was very accommodating and friendly, everything was as described.

Christos was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive to our requests. His place was spacious and clean, located in a great area to explore Athens with an amazing view of the Acropolis

I will say that Agistri in November is very very quiet... there are no open restaurants but a small convenience store to be able to shop and a bakery... On the 1st day we were a little surprised but we discovered Agistri and its small villages nearby with pretty coves and nice walks to do. Desponia was very kind and provided the answers to our questions…. A nice stay but be careful village very quiet at this time... for those who like tranquility it's perfect... Bring back condiments if you stay several days and cook

The apartment is in a very nice, quiet, safe and historical area of Athens. The main attractions are a 10-minute walk away, as well as a metro station with which you can easily get to other points of the city. The apartment itself is well equipped, located on the first floor, because it is a little damp. All the essentials are nearby.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, just a 3-minute walk from the metro. We were warmly welcomed with lots of helpful tips on what to see and where to eat, such a great start to the trip. The location is perfect, with a direct metro line from the airport and to Piraeus, and you can walk to all the main sights and attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, responses were quick, and any questions or issues were handled right away. We especially loved the rooftop pool, the spacious apartment, the easy check-in and check-out, the cleanliness, and all the thoughtful touches and essentials provided. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything from booking to checkout was perfect! The studio was ideal for us, a lovely quiet backyard to relax in, and everything we could have wanted indoors...a very comfortable bed, good storage, a kitchen area with all the utensils we needed, a good seating area to watch TV (Netflix too) and a great shower room. The pristine pool looked inviting though we didn't take the plunge! Theodora is a fabulous host! Although we didn't meet her, she kept in touch with suggestions and helped us with a restaurant booking for Good Friday. Irene met us at check in, she made us feel really welcome! We loved our stay, it was too short 🙂

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

Loved the neighborhood

Even though the apartment is in the middle of Athens, it was so peaceful on the 4th floor. Great location and the hot tub was a bonus! Yannis and Tax were super-helpful, and the apartment was spotless!
